CC Japan Income & Growth Trust plc

CC Japan Income & Growth Trust plc (“CCJI”) is a London-listed investment trust that aims to provide shareholders with dividend income combined with capital growth, mainly through investment in equities listed or quoted in Japan.

The Company may also invest in exchange traded funds (limited to not more than 20 per cent. of gross assets at the time of investment) and in listed Japanese real estate investment trusts ("J-REITs"). The Company may enter into long only contracts for difference or equity swaps for gearing and efficient portfolio management purposes. The Company also has the flexibility to invest up to 10 per cent. of its gross assets at the time of investment in unquoted or untraded companies. The Company is not constrained by any index benchmark in its asset allocation.
